I met Harry a few months ago, at a fair of Italian products in The Netherlands, not far from Utrecht. I was captured by his amazing stand: I felt the warmth of the antique stuff.
We spoke only a bit, but it was enough to make a connection and when I asked him if I could take a picture, he kindly agreed.
We wrote each other by email and I sent him a big print. He thanked me with a very nice card. I admire people who remember the past and keep good traditions, who are open to the future and who live and enjoy the present with young spirit.

When I arrived the first time in The Netherlands, I was really surprised by the big windows of the Dutch houses. If you walk in the beautiful Jordaan district of Amsterdam, it is very easy to see inside a house: it is like the street is part of a living room or a kitchen.
If I think about a room of my soul, I see it full of books, with Beatles and Jimmy Hendrix albums, and a cat looking out through the window.
Yesterday I played for five minutes with my iPhone: it was really funny when my colleague asked me what special drug I use to see the world in this way.
